Case Study: Easy-d-Rom
A successful example of a company based in Southern Italy. Starting from Modugno, in the province of Bari, Easy-d-Rom has managed to make its way into the IT market by focusing strongly on SolidEngineering, a project centred on 3D technologies, from printing to scanning and any other process centred on three-dimensionality.
In 2016, the company joined The3DGroupThe3DGroup, the largest Italian group for 3D digital innovation, was the confirmation of an ascending phase of the company that, precisely because of its growth, also had to digitalise the processes related to the better management of the acquired contacts.
Starting with CRM, the collaboration was extended with thepurchase of all availableHubSpot packages (Marketing, Sales and Service), integrating the platform with Google Workspace services and tools. The end result was the simplification of the work of salespeople and contacts with internal and external resellers, from the acquisition of contacts through to the service and customer care phases.
